Commercial Lines Account Manager

What you'll do

• Manage an assigned book of commercial lines accounts, including new and renewal quoting, change requests, and client inquiries
• review accounts for exposures and recommend coverage with the Producer
• provide technical support on coverage forms and quotations
• complete applications and submit them to carriers
• issue and verify binders, certificates, policies, and endorsements
• prepare insurance summaries and proposals as needed
• review policy audits and resolve discrepancies
• process renewals and cancellations
• determine billing and invoice accordingly
• assist with first reports of claims and follow up
• offer additional coverage
• accompany Producers on meetings when requested
• stay current on products, markets, underwriting procedures, and industry changes.
