The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Home Care role is onsite in Topeka, KS, with client care provided in clients’ homes. Pay is $17.15–$23.44 per hour. Midland Care Connection supports older adults and seriously ill individuals in maintaining independence at home through community-based care. The CNA provides hands-on assistance with daily living, supports client comfort and safety, and reports changes in condition to nursing staff or supervisors. The work helps clients remain safe, healthy, and independent in a familiar home environment.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• help with basic household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• monitor and report changes in client condition
• support comfort and safety
• provide companionship
• follow care plans while working in clients’ homes.
