The Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Florissant, MO, at $18–$25 per hour. Magnet ABA Therapy provides individualized behavioral support to clients and their families. The technician delivers one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst’s supervision, tracks client progress, and helps teach social, communication, and daily living skills. The role also supports behavior plans and treatment adjustments in collaboration with the BCBA.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention programs under BCBA supervision
• collect and record client progress and behavior data
• assist with behavior support plans
• provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• teach and reinforce social, communication, and daily living skills
• collaborate with the BCBA on treatment adjustments
• maintain professional relationships with clients and families.
