Assembly/Machine Operator

Job overview

The Assembly/Machine Operator role is onsite in Elkhart, IN. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. The role contributes to TouchTronics’ production work by helping deliver complete, accurate, and timely products to customers. The operator assembles products, runs machinery, and performs quality checks to ensure parts and finished products meet specifications. The role also supports inventory accuracy, labeling, teamwork, and production priorities while helping maintain efficient workflows.

What you'll do

• Count materials and products
• check parts against specifications
• assemble products using instructions, diagrams, and hand tools
• operate machines with light setup, troubleshooting, and disassembly
• label products accurately
• inspect parts and route them to final inspection when applicable
• assist and mentor teammates
• support other team areas as needed.
