The Lead School Age Teacher works onsite at Kid Works’ Forest Park center in Cincinnati, OH. Pay is $16–$20 per hour. Kid Works is part of the BrightPath Kids and Busy Bees childcare community and provides early childhood education and care. The teacher leads an assigned classroom, maintaining children’s safety while creating developmentally appropriate learning experiences. The role partners with families and teachers to support children’s growth, interests, and learning styles.

What you'll do

• Supervise children ages 6 weeks–12 years in an assigned classroom
• create curriculum according to NAEYC guidelines
• plan activities around children’s interests and learning styles
• maintain a clean, safe environment
• partner and communicate with families about children’s care and education.
