What you'll do

• Support early-career programs, university and training-provider relationships, candidate experience, and workforce planning
• assist with career frameworks, mentoring, coaching, leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, performance practices, engagement and retention analysis, employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and wider People & Culture initiatives.
