Senior Full Stack Developer

What you'll do

• Lead decomposition and reverse-engineering of legacy Delphi modules using AI-assisted analysis
• architect Java Spring Boot services and React components while preserving functional parity
• define standards for AI-assisted development, including human review, licensing, provenance, and prohibited uses
• build equivalence and regression test harnesses
• integrate AI coding assistants into CI/CD with secrets and data-handling controls
• review AI-generated code for correctness, security, and maintainability before merge
• mentor developers on the target stack and AI-assisted engineering practices.
