What you'll do

• Provide quality care in clinic and telehealth settings, meet patient volume goals, lead clinic staff, perform scribe responsibilities, discuss and review patient medical history, formulate diagnoses, engage with clinical leadership, ensure accurate chart completion, implement clinical and telehealth protocols, analyze and interpret patient data, deliver patient-centric care, comply with Federal and State regulations, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, pursue telehealth patients promptly, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, educate patients, attest to clinical practice guidelines, attend monthly meetings, perform within NP protocols, complete compliance training, adhere to Core Values, recommend improvements, communicate regularly with team, welcome and support new employees, build confidence and credibility, maintain cordial relations, perform physical and cognitive functions of the position, comply with Company standards, promote respectful culture, consult with patients virtually, and perform other duties as assigned.
• PRN employees work a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• Full-time employees work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend.
• Responsible for on-call periodically.

What we're looking for

Education

Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN)

Experience

1-2 years of experience as a provider in a relevant practice (Urgent Care, Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice) is strongly preferred.
