Freelance In-Person Event Specialist — Spring, TX

What you'll do

• Attend virtual planning meetings
• set up and break down event sites
• coordinate roles with event hosts, nonprofit partners, venues, staff, and corporate partners
• manage guest check-in
• troubleshoot event issues and escalate when needed
• send updates, photos, and videos to the Events Team
• clean the site, repackage materials, and prepare shipments.
