The Youth Organizer role is onsite at the Dolores Huerta Foundation’s Tulare, CA, office, with travel required; pay is $52,000–$58,000 annually. What you'll do

• Recruit middle school, high school, and college-aged youth across assigned regions
• establish and sustain youth leadership chapters
• facilitate leadership, civic engagement, and organizing activities, including evenings and weekends
• deliver youth curriculum
• coach youth leaders using ethical, strengths-based practices
• support community improvement projects, campaigns, and voter engagement
• build relationships with youth, families, schools, and partners
• maintain program records, participant data, expense documentation, and reports
• support events and fundraising as assigned.
