Senior Corporate Paralegal, Temporary Contract

The Senior Corporate Paralegal role is onsite in Alameda, CA, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $50–$60 per hour. Addison Group is recruiting for a client’s corporate legal team supporting governance, compliance, and securities-related work. The paralegal supports SEC reporting, corporate governance, and legal documentation processes, helping legal, finance, executive, and internal business teams meet compliance requirements and manage corporate records.

What you'll do

• Support preparation, review, and coordination of SEC filings and compliance documentation
• assist legal and finance teams with securities reporting deadlines
• maintain governance records and entity documents
• coordinate Board, committee, and stockholder meeting materials
• organize electronic legal files and improve document management
• maintain compliance calendars and tracking systems
• assist with Section 16 filings and insider-trading documentation
• support due diligence, discovery, litigation requests, and other legal projects
• coordinate vendors, budgets, and invoices
• prepare presentations and internal legal communications.
