What you'll do

• Manage and develop the Onboarding Coordinator and Onboarding & New Hire Experience Lead
• own onboarding strategy and programs
• set and report onboarding KPIs
• resolve escalated onboarding issues
• oversee program budget and vendors
• partner with IT, Facilities, Recruiting, and hiring managers
• improve orientation materials
• audit HRIS and pre-boarding compliance records
• maintain onboarding documentation and SOPs.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years in HR, onboarding, recruiting coordination, or employee experience, including at least 2 years leading a team. SHRM-CP, PHR, Workday, and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred.
