What you'll do

• Prepare food trays for general and therapeutic diets
• prepare and deliver requested items
• maintain the tray line
• prepare special diet foods as needed
• deliver and return food carts
• operate and monitor dishwashers and record wash and rinse temperatures
• wash dishes and utensils
• dispose of trash
• mop floors
• clean refrigerators and storage areas
• log temperatures
• unpack, date, and rotate supplies
• assist with salads, desserts, and nourishments
• and follow infection prevention practices.
