Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee to provide dependable, compassionate support to clients. The caregiver follows each client’s individualized plan of care and may assist with daily activities to promote safety, dignity, comfort, and independence at home. The role supports clients through reliable, person-centered assistance and companionship.

What you'll do

• As applicable to the client’s plan of care, assist with personal care, bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders, companionship, errands, and other activities of daily living
