What you'll do

• Assist clients with daily living, socialization, and life skills
• facilitate therapeutic and goal-oriented activities
• monitor clients and document progress and shift reports in EMR systems
• communicate client concerns to assigned staff
• transport clients to appointments and other locations
• advocate for clients and their needs.
