Maintenance Technician — Fountain Square II

What you'll do

• Inspect HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and other building systems
• diagnose malfunctions and complete minor-to-moderate repairs
• respond to tenant requests
• monitor building automation systems where applicable
• replace building components and perform general repairs
• assist with life-safety equipment
• coordinate outside contractors and vendors
• maintain work-order and equipment records
• monitor supplies
• follow safety procedures and codes
• participate in an on-call rotation when required.
