What you'll do

• Lead and oversee student advising, retention, career development, employer relations, and community outreach
• counsel students and graduates on career planning and job searches
• develop employer and community partnerships
• facilitate career-readiness workshops and presentations
• monitor retention and conduct outreach
• track graduate employment, certification, and licensure outcomes
• coordinate career fairs and employer events
• maintain required records and reports.
