What you'll do

• Maintain clubhouse, office, model, and common areas in a safe, tidy, and sanitary condition
• remove trash, debris, and animal waste
• maintain dumpster areas and prepare for trash pickup
• care for grass and landscaping, including watering flowers
• prepare apartments for new residents
• report repair or maintenance needs
• assist with apartment turnovers as directed
• communicate property or curb-appeal issues to the Property Manager or Service Manager
• respond to emergencies according to policy
• attend required training and follow procedures.
