What you'll do

• Obtain orders from Systems accounts by phone, fax, and online ordering
• enter telephone and fax orders and proof online orders
• respond to routine customer inquiries and issues
• use the IBM iSeries database and Microsoft Office
• perform filing, copying, and mailing
• set up and maintain SDS files
• perform other assigned duties.
