Data Systems Administrator

What you'll do

• Administer assigned software platforms, user access, permissions, configurations, licensing, troubleshooting, and vendor escalations
• coordinate staff onboarding, role changes, and offboarding access
• document systems, processes, integrations, and user guidance
• identify and monitor data handoffs and coordinate fixes
• track contracts, renewals, licenses, and vendor information
• support software reviews and governance
• cross-train IT teammates
• assist departments with reports and data quality
• coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and end users
• provide training and user support
• follow least-privilege access and security practices.
