Retail Sales Coordinator — Hearing Care

Job overview

The Retail Sales Coordinator role is onsite in Detroit, MI, and pays $25 per hour. WSA’s HearUSA supports hearing care through a network of independent Hearing Care Professionals and U.S. centers. The role connects prospective and existing clients with hearing care by generating and booking appointments, supporting providers, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with hearing aid orders and follow-up.

What you'll do

• Identify potential hearing needs and assist licensed providers with hearing screenings
• generate leads and book hearing evaluations
• schedule and confirm appointments
• maintain client records
• communicate with clients and support recall efforts
• perform basic hearing aid troubleshooting, cleaning, and listening checks
• assist with appointment preparation, orders, repairs, inventory, and pickup notifications
• track performance metrics
• support merchandising and marketing displays
• follow privacy, safety, and care policies
• record payments and assist with financing applications.
