What you'll do

• Lead single-plaintiff, class, collective, and PAGA matters through litigation
• develop strategy with relationship partners and execute it
• direct discovery and take and defend depositions
• work with expert witnesses
• draft and argue significant motions
• appear in court and represent clients in trial and arbitration
• lead settlement negotiations and mediations
• prepare matters for trial and arbitration
• advise employer clients on litigation strategy, employment issues, and risk
• manage significant matters and client relationships.
