The Commercial HVAC Service Technician role is onsite in Houston, TX, with pay up to $42 per hour based on experience and qualifications. What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair large-tonnage air-cooled and water-cooled chillers
• commission and start up chiller and controls systems
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and controls issues
• perform preventive maintenance on chillers and supporting equipment
• interpret blueprints and schematics
• document service work
• communicate findings to customers
• and follow safety requirements, EPA standards, and company policies. Provide guidance to apprentices and junior technicians when applicable.

Why this role

Requires an active Texas TDLR HVAC Journeyman License, EPA 608 Universal Certification, at least five years of commercial HVAC experience, BAS/DDC controls experience, and a valid Texas driver’s license. Occasional in-state travel is required.
