What you'll do

• Prepare products using established methods, portions, and recipes
• manage daily production and communicate product counts with the coaching team
• prepare breakfast items, breads, and seasonal fruit
• clean baking equipment and workstations
• label, organize, and rotate ingredients and inventory
• receive and put away deliveries as needed
• prepare the kitchen for the day
• report food quality issues and low inventory
• follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures
• provide service to team members and guests
• cross-train in other back-of-house functions as needed.
