What you'll do

• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and skin care
• review patient care plans
• assist with lifting, transfers, range of motion, positioning, exercise, ambulation, dining, and nutrition
• maintain electronic medical records
• work under the direction of a Case Manager RN.
