Product Support Sales Representative

What you'll do

• Establish and maintain customer relationships
• assist with maintenance management and sales of parts and services, excluding machines
• support inspections of buckets, blades, cutting edges, wear surfaces, tips, and undercarriage components
• research products and equipment
• prepare sales quotes for repairs, parts, services, and conversions
• document customer contacts and territory strategy
• respond to inquiries
• and support demonstrations and sales agreements as needed. Regular travel to customer sites is required.
