The Linux System Administrator role is an onsite position based in Alexandria, VA, with a salary range of $87,100 to $157,450 per year. This role supports the Test and Training Enabling Architecture (TENA) program at Leidos. The role is responsible for supporting the installation and maintenance of Linux servers and providing technical leadership for migrating on-premise infrastructure to a hybrid cloud solution. The administrator will ensure existing systems are secure and performing as intended for Department of Defense test and training communities.

What you'll do

• Provide support for installing and maintaining Linux servers
• lead migration to hybrid cloud
• troubleshoot OS to application-level issues
• manage networking equipment
• manage core enclave infrastructure services (DHCP, DNS, Apache, MariaDB)
• monitor security tools.
