The Parts & Inventory Clerk – Fleet Maintenance role is onsite in Visalia, CA. Pay is $22.00–$23.50 per hour. The position supports Mid Valley Disposal’s fleet maintenance team, which helps keep company operations moving and serving communities. The clerk keeps parts and supplies organized and available so mechanics and technicians can maintain and repair trucks and equipment. Accurate inventory records, parts distribution, and deliveries between company locations support the team’s daily maintenance work.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, label, and organize automotive, truck, and heavy-equipment parts and supplies. Maintain inventory records, track stock and usage, perform counts, and help resolve discrepancies. Pull and distribute parts
• identify damaged, incorrect, or missing items
• assist with returns and warranties. Pick up and deliver materials between company locations, verify documentation, transport items safely, and perform basic vehicle inspections. Support mechanics in locating parts and keep storage areas clean and organized.

Why this role
