What you'll do

• Supervise workers’ compensation claims staff
• assist with recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding
• ensure compliance with workers’ compensation laws and reporting requirements
• train, coach, and evaluate staff
• provide technical and jurisdictional guidance on complex claims
• coordinate claim resolutions and client requests
• participate in customer claim reviews and presentations
• travel overnight and attend meetings if required.
