What you'll do

• Sell and service new local business accounts
• hire and develop entry-level staff
• assist the Director of Sales with department management
• represent the station to assigned advertisers
• maintain assigned accounts
• set sales goals and reporting procedures
• complete account paperwork and coordinate client needs with traffic, production, and sales management
• monitor competitive media and report market conditions
• prepare advertiser presentations and research
• bring in direct and agency accounts.
