What you'll do

• Lead and train customer service representatives in sales and call conversion
• coach consultative communication and objection handling
• monitor sales and conversion metrics
• develop strategies to increase booked appointments
• lead and develop customer service and dispatch personnel
• conduct performance reviews and training
• establish and track company and call center KPIs
• manage dispatch and staffing
• monitor and improve AI-powered service agents, workflows, scripts, and escalations
• oversee after-hours call handling and respond to escalated calls when needed.
