The Residential HVAC Installer Lead role is onsite in Glendale, AZ, with compensation of $30–$40 per hour based on experience. This role installs residential HVAC systems and supports quality, efficient work through ductwork modifications, coordination with helpers and project managers, and professional communication with homeowners.

What you'll do

• Install residential split systems, package units, and heat pumps
• complete ductwork modifications and sheet metal work
• ensure systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently
• work with install helpers and project managers
• communicate with homeowners
• maintain a clean, safe job site and follow safety standards and company procedures.
