What you'll do

• Advise on scheduling and oversight of service vendors, contractors, and utilities
• maintain service and inspection records
• identify building-system issues and develop repair plans for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• provide preventive maintenance and minor repairs for buildings, grounds, and vehicles
• assist with repair proposals and facility upgrade recommendations.
