What you'll do

• Collaborate on coach hiring, orientation, and onboarding
• train new coaches
• mentor and supervise up to 20 coaches
• conduct evaluations and one-to-one check-ins
• provide equipment, prizes, and marketing materials
• maintain program and brand standards
• collaborate on season planning and program quality
• coach up to 20 sessions per season
• travel occasionally to Fort Wayne and South Bend.
