What you'll do

• Prepare hot and cold menu items at the grill, sauté station, salad bar, and service line

• check food quality and presentation
• maintain clean and organized preparation and service areas
• follow food safety and handling guidelines
• maintain temperature logs and food storage and date records
• collaborate with the culinary team.
