What you'll do

• Lead assigned Engage Life programs
• offer diversified recreational activities with appropriate supervision
• develop programs for residents, including those confined to their rooms when applicable
• motivate participation
• communicate upcoming activities and maintain event schedules
• welcome and connect new residents
• assist with parties, seasonal decorations, birthday events, and housewarmings
• maintain activity records
• assist with volunteer recruitment. May drive a company vehicle only if required by the community.
