• Oversee campus-wide recreation for residential and day-program youth
• develop recreation and after-school programs
• coordinate special recreation programs, campus events, partner relationships, safety inspections, and quality assurance
• collaborate with clinical and residential teams to connect activities with treatment goals
• supervise and train staff
