What you'll do

• Greet potential clients professionally
• discuss Jackson Hewitt services, products, and promotions
• offer promotional items or market to nearby businesses
• assist with tax preparation appointment scheduling
• monitor client flow and engage waiting clients
• answer phones or assist with check distribution according to procedures when Tax Preparers are occupied.
