  • support workers’ compensation and risk management
  • document patient encounters in an EMR
  • maintain the onsite clinic
  • communicate with leadership and healthcare providers
  • work with site safety personnel
  • lead Stretch and Flex sessions
  • conduct site walk-throughs
  • identify health risks
  • promote wellness
  • conduct new-hire drug screens and orientation
  • perform occupational health testing
  • attend weekly case and site meetings.
