What you'll do

• Develop labor, material, and equipment estimates
• analyze blueprints, specifications, proposals, and scopes of work
• participate in site inspections as needed
• solicit and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
• review proposals and contract terms and advise management of potential risks
• and collaborate with project management on handoffs.
