What you'll do

• Review, code, and process vendor invoices
• match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents
• process payments and reconcile vendor statements
• maintain AP records and credit card transactions
• prepare customer invoices
• monitor receivables and follow up on past-due accounts
• post customer payments
• resolve billing discrepancies
• assist with reconciliations and general accounting
• maintain financial records
• provide accounting and office support
• make occasional bank deposits.
