What you'll do

• Supervise youth and respond to urgent care needs and emergencies
• ensure LOFT rules are followed
• build relationships with youth affected by homelessness and trauma
• apply Positive Youth Development, Trauma-Informed Care, and Youth Mental Health First Aid principles
• assist with medication documentation, appointments, transportation, menus, and data
• support learning opportunities and youth development activities
• provide follow-up and aftercare as needed
• complete logs and records
• conduct intakes and belongings searches
• maintain shelter cleanliness and prepare rooms and beds
• prepare and clean up meals
• protect client information and follow mandated reporting procedures.
