What you'll do

• Process semimonthly payroll and employee changes
• maintain payroll records and perform audits
• reconcile payroll to the general ledger
• process required deductions and assist with year-end reporting
• administer employee benefits and reconcile deductions and carrier invoices
• support open enrollment
• prepare financial and workforce reports
• maintain payroll and benefits data in Paylocity and related systems
• respond to employee questions
• collaborate with Finance and Human Resources
• support process improvements and audits.
