What you'll do

• Diagnose EV charger electronic controls, power modules, peripheral components, backend platforms, and networking equipment
• perform remote and onsite diagnostics, repairs, verification, and configuration
• commission installations and train customers in operation and maintenance
• monitor site performance for anomalies
• maintain case records and contribute to knowledge resources and field manuals
• collaborate with R&D and Engineering to escalate complex bugs and provide product feedback
• travel occasionally, approximately 20%, to customer sites.
