What you'll do

• Respond to new and existing Property & Casualty insurance clients by phone and email
• assist with personal and commercial coverage, policy changes, renewals, payments, claims, and policy questions
• resolve concerns professionally
• maintain accurate policy information
• identify new business opportunities through account rounding and cross-selling.
