What you'll do
- Oversee engagement strategy and fund development policies
- develop and monitor a comprehensive fundraising plan
- manage annual giving, major donor cultivation, foundation grants, corporate giving, in-kind donations, endowment and capital campaigns
- oversee fundraising events
- cultivate VIP and board relationships
- solicit contributions and sponsorships
- prepare fundraising and grant materials
- support brand awareness and public relations
- lead Development Department staff and operations.

Why this role
