The Event Staff — Lumen Field role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Compensation is $22 per hour for Seattle work; Seattle training is $21.30 per hour. The role supports Allied Universal Event Services’ event staffing and crowd-management work at venues, including sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and convention centers. Event staff help guests enter and navigate the venue while supporting event-day operations. The role contributes to a safe, orderly, and welcoming guest experience through ticketing, ushering, directions, and care of designated areas.

What you'll do

• Assist with event-day preparation and execution
• allow appropriate venue entry and, as assigned, collect or scan tickets and verify wristbands and badges
• direct foot traffic entering and leaving the venue
• follow venue policies and procedures
• greet guests, provide directions and suggestions, and thank guests
• support cleanliness, operational efficiency, and maintenance of designated areas.
