What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and service providers
• screen individuals entering the shelter and verify authorization
• monitor entry points and visitor activity
• report unusual activity and policy violations
• respond to incidents in a calm, trauma-informed manner
• conduct regular and random patrols and complete activity and incident reports.
