Automotive Parts Counter Associate

The Automotive Parts Counter Associate role is onsite in Mesquite, TX. Compensation is $3,500–$5,500 per month, including commission opportunities. Trophy Nissan’s Parts Department supports the dealership’s customers, service advisors, and automotive technicians. The associate helps the dealership service operation run smoothly by identifying, ordering, and supplying the correct parts. The role maintains inventory and paperwork, follows up on special orders, and provides customer service in person and over the phone.

What you'll do

• Assist retail customers, service advisors, and technicians with parts inquiries and orders
• identify parts accurately
• pull and fill orders from inventory
• maintain and label inventory
• place and track special orders and notify customers and departments when parts arrive
• alert the Parts Manager to out-of-stock items requiring attention
• receive payments or obtain credit authorization
• maintain invoices, orders, and paperwork
• support inventory control and department organization.
