Food Safety Specialist, Quality Assurance

What you'll do

• Conduct food safety and quality audits
• perform environmental sampling and microbiological testing
• prepare reports and recommend corrective actions
• collect and test raw materials and finished products
• coordinate sample shipments to external labs
• review production documentation and maintain records
• communicate noncompliance and product concerns
• provide technical support
• monitor regulations and customer requirements
• participate in continuous improvement and training
• maintain lab equipment and supplies
• oversee instrument calibration and retention samples
• coordinate shelf-life testing.

Why this role
